"Replacement took much longer than expected"
I had to follow up with them a few times about my replacement, which was frustrating. It did show up eventually, but the whole process felt slow and a bit annoying. It was not the worst experience, but it definitely was not great either...

"Didn't really improve my signal"
A friend recommended this antenna to me, so I figured I’d give it a try. It looked fine out of the box and shipping was okay, but it didn’t make much of a difference for me. My signal still drops in the same spots as before, and the speeds barely changed. I was hoping for a bigger improvement.

"I ordered from Strongcell and, to be fair..."
I ordered from Strongcell and, to be fair, the package did show up on the day they said it would. The items were correct too, so that part was fine. But the tracking barely updated and I spent way too much time wondering where my order actually was. i felt kind of stupid for trusting them while I was sitting there with no clear updates. It worked out in the end, but the whole process could definitely be more transparent

"Not really worth the price for me"
I ordered from strongcell.com because I figured the higher price would mean better quality, but in my experience, that wasn’t really the case. The product was okay, nothing terrible, but it felt average overall and didn’t quite justify what I paid for it.

I’ve seen cheaper options that appear to do basically the same thing, so it left me feeling a bit disappointed. Maybe it works better for other people, but personally, I don’t think I’d purchase it again

"Refund took forever to sort out"
I ordered a battery and canceled the order quickly, so I figured the refund would be simple. It really wasn’t. I had to email them twice, and it still took longer than they originally said it would. What made it more frustrating was feeling like I was just getting stuck in some automated system instead of having an actual person clearly explain what was going on. I did get my money back eventually, but the whole process was annoying and way less straightforward than it should’ve been.

"Return felt harder than it needed to be"
I tried to return my order, something felt off from the start. It wasn’t a huge disaster or anything, but the process just didn’t feel clear.

I kept having to double-check the steps because I wasn’t sure what I was supposed to do next. For something as common as a return, it felt like way more effort than it should have been.
It eventually got sorted out, but by then I was frustrated. Returns should be straightforward, and this one just felt unnecessarily difficult.

"Works okay, but kinda hit or miss"
I ordered from strongcell.com and yeah, it showed up on time, so no real issues there. That part was easy enough.

At first it worked good, but after a few weeks I started noticing it’s not always as reliable as I thought it would be. Some days it does the job fine, other days it just feels kinda weak or off.

It’s not a terrible buy or anything, but I wouldn’t call it great either. For the price, I was hoping it’d be more dependable. 3 stars seems about right.

"Really weak service in rural areas"
I’ve had a frustrating experience with the signal out here in the country. Most of the time I either have no service at all or it drops in and out, which makes it hard to rely on. Friends with other carriers seem to get at least a little better coverage in the same area, so compared to competitors, this just hasn’t worked well for me

"Cost more than I expected"

"Dropped calls are a little better, but not by much"
I got strongcell hoping it would finally stop all the dropped calls in my house. I can’t say it didn’t help at all, because it does seem a little better in one room. But I’m still losing calls in the kitchen and garage, so it’s not like the problem is gone. Setup wasn’t too bad, but for the price, I was expecting more of a noticeable improvement.

"Warranty support was an absolute circus"
I tried getting help through the warranty support it felt like I was trying to solve a mystery with zero clues. I got bounced around, nothing really got handled, and by the end I was way more annoyed than I expected to be. Like, how is something that should be simple this dramatic?

"I bought this hoping it would be sturdy..."
I bought this hoping it would be sturdy, but after around a short time the hardware already started feeling loose. The buttons and ports just don’t seem like they’re built to last. For the price, it’s frustrating, and I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

"Honestly, it just wasn’t worth the hassle"
I really wanted this to be a simple, straightforward experience, but it ended up being frustrating from start to finish. Nothing about using strongcell.com felt easy or worthwhile to me, and the whole process just left me annoyed. I know every site can have issues here and there, but in this case it was enough that I wouldn’t choose to use them again. It felt like I spent more time dealing with the inconvenience than getting anything useful out of it, which is why I’d say it just wasn’t worth my time.

"I was really hoping this would help..."
I was really hoping this would help, but my phone still drops calls inside the house. Like, I’ll be in the kitchen, the living room, even upstairs by a window, and the call will just cut out or start breaking up. I’ve tried moving around, standing near different walls, restarting my phone, all that stuff, and it’s still the same. Frustrating, especially when I’m trying to talk to family, take a work call, or even just call the doctor or delivery driver. Definitely not what I was expecting.

"Setup guide was frustrating :/"

"Still barely getting any signal"

"Decent product, but support lagged behind"
The product itself was fine overall, but the support experience didn’t really match up to what I expected. I ran into a setup issue and, compared to other companies I’ve dealt with, the response time from strongcell.com felt slow. It took a few days to hear back, and when they did reply, the answer was basic.
I ended up getting more useful info from random online posts than from their support team, which was a little frustrating. It wasn’t a terrible experience, and the product still does what I need, but if I’m comparing it to other brands with quicker, more helpful tech support, this part definitely felt weaker.
